Articles withdrawn after publication due to serious issues:

- Plagiarism

- Falsified or manipulated data

- Serious methodological errors

- Research ethics violations

- Duplicate publication

 

Retraction

Articles withdrawn before publication at the author's request:

- Submission errors

- Duplicate manuscripts

- Significant improvements needed

 

Reasons for Retraction

- Proven plagiarism

- Falsification or fabrication of data

- Substantial errors affecting the conclusions

- Research ethics violations

- Duplicate publication without attribution

- Mistakes in the peer review process

 

Retraction Procedure

  1. Report or discovery of a problem
  2. Investigation by the editorial board
  3. Notification to authors
  4. Opportunity for authors to respond
  5. Retraction decision by the editor-in-chief
  6. Formal retraction notification
  7. Article metadata update

 

Retraction Status

 

Retracted articles will:

- Marked "RETRACTED" in PDF and HTML versions

- Has updated metadata in Crossref

- Has a published retraction notice

- Remains accessible with a clear status

 

Deadline

- Withdrawal: Before final publication

- Retraction: Anytime after publication

- Author response: 30 days after notification
