Jurnal Komunika Review: Journal of Social, Media, Communication, and Islamic Broadcasting focuses on the intersection between social studies, media, communication, and Islamic broadcasting in local, national, and global contexts. This journal highlights the contextualization of communication and broadcasting practices amidst the dynamics of contemporary digital society, while also exploring the role of Islamic values and social realities in shaping public discourse and the media landscape. The scope of this journal encompasses various topics, ranging from communication theory and philosophy, mass communication, journalism, broadcasting, public relations, to marketing communication. Additionally, this journal specifically opens space for studies on Islamic broadcasting, whether through television, radio, or digital platforms, including aspects of ethics, da'wah (Islamic propagation), and its regulations from an Islamic perspective.

Studies on media and social change, political communication, media literacy, as well as the representation of Islam in the media, also constitute a primary focus. Furthermore, topics such as cultural identity, intercultural communication, media policy, management of creative industries based on Islamic values, and community communication for social empowerment equally enrich the journal's scope. Accordingly, Jurnal Komunika Review is committed to serving as an academic forum that brings together diverse perspectives to develop communication and broadcasting studies that are relevant to the challenges of the times and rooted in Islamic values and local wisdom.
